Its been a funny week. Moving back home for a couple of weeks before I leave for Ecuador has been... equal parts wonderful and infuriating. I've had to come face to face with the fact that I am fiercely independent, and that living under someone else's roof for a few weeks is actually not the worst thing that could ever happen to me. Sometimes I am just so bad at giving up control and realizing that everyone in the world isn't a clean freak like me and that having my mom do my laundry for me is actually rad!
So here's to accepting the things that we cannot change, and learning to notice the blessings in life rather than all of the things we think should be different. Cheers.
