Well, happy Rosh Hashanah kids, today I made challah! [pronounced ha-la] This week feels like the calm before the storm...I don't start my internship until next week, I haven't had to babysit, and I can pretty much still pretend like school doesn't exist. So what the hec, why not make a loaf of bread, eh? I decided to use this fantastic Apple and Honey Challah recipe, and besides being a little burnt around the edges, it turned out pretty dang good!
